Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Cancellation of Orders:

   • Customers may cancel their orders placed on sgoi.in within 12 hours of placing the order, before the product has been shipped or the service has been provided.

   • To cancel an order, customers must contact Sahu Group of Industries (SGOI) at momskitchenfoil@sgoi.in or          +91 88601 13122 with their order details.

2. Refund Eligibility:

   • Refunds are eligible under the following circumstances:

     • The customer cancels the order within the specified cancellation period and before shipment or service delivery.

     • The product is out of stock or unavailable for delivery.

     • SGOI is unable to fulfill the order due to unforeseen circumstances.

3. Refund Process:

   • Once the cancellation request is received and verified, SGOI will initiate the refund process.

   • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7 business days after the cancellation is confirmed.

4. Non-Refundable Items:

   • Certain products or services may not be eligible for refunds, including:

     • Customized or personalized products/services.

     • Products/services that have been used, opened, or damaged after delivery.

5. Return Shipping:

   • If applicable, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs for canceled orders.

   • SGOI will provide instructions for returning the product, if necessary.

6. Refund Disputes:

   • In case of any disputes or issues regarding refunds, customers are encouraged to contact SGOI's customer support for assistance.

   • SGOI will make reasonable efforts to resolve refund disputes in a fair and timely manner.

7. Damaged or Defective Items:

   • If customers receive damaged or defective items, they must notify SGOI within 12 hours of delivery to arrange for a replacement or refund.

   • Proof of damage or defect may be required for processing refunds or replacements.

8. Policy Changes:

   • SGOI reserves the right to modify or update this cancellation and refund policy at any time without prior notice.

   • Customers are encouraged to review the policy periodically for any changes or updates.
